UK's great! Time flies quite fast, and looking back I've been here for nearly three months although it doesn't feel like it. We have so many breaks in-between so we always look forward to one. The unpredictable weather here is annoying though. One moment it's blazing hot and another it's freezing cold. It's getting colder by the day though. He had threw just so many tantrums during lecture before - and there was once he spent a good 30 minutes complaining about the crappy morning traffic (I bet he was trying yo justify why he was late but went overboard). He'd also call some questions posed by students as "stupid". I'd say he's being rather unprofessional in that sense. And that's just because in Singapore we don't have the luxury of having many lecturers like him who specify in that field of biology. So, how's things on your side, Maria? And in another email send to the cohort again, he complained (like we're his psychiatrist) that a student called him when he was driving and he nearly got involved in a traffic accident *rollseyes* and he wouldn't stop emphasizing that he answers his calls with an iPhone. He did dish out some stern warnings about the assignment format and submission a few weeks ago, and I believe that eventually culmiated in a mass panic in the students the evening of the submission deadline.
