That poster is amazing. I love the humor in it as well. Your work is fairly simple, yet I’d never be able to duplicate or imitate anything that you create. Awesome.

@Chien: Thank you! Yea, IE6 has reached its expiry date. Time to at least upgrade to Internet F@#$ing Explorer 8, or get a better browser.

@med: Yeap! Although Firefox is not the only alternative, it’s one of the better ones. I’d recommend Chrome for those who’re looking for speed and efficiency.

@Angels: Thank you! Yeap, everyone should learn that IE6 is a 1990s browser. There is simply no reason why should we still continue to support IE6. It’s such an old browser that is rigged with bugs. And Hillary Clinton is being a big dumbo for claiming that Firefox is too “expensive”. She conveniently forgot that Firefox is for free. I hate using conditional comments and other ‘layout’ hacks to fix things in IE6 (or IE7), because they’re not standards compliant and complicates the layout. They’re absolutely uncalled for if IE is a well-coded browser.

@Brandy: The perks of IE, haha! Everytime when I strike up a conversation with a designer, one of the topics will definitely the pains of coding for IE6. Working with IE6 is like sitting on a nail-studded chair with a big fat cucumber up one’s butt. For the Twitter ID field, the plugin used is WP Twitip ID by Andy Bailey. One good thing I love about this plugin is that once you’ve associated your Twitter ID with your email, it will automatically add the Twitter ID to your comments without any additional tweaking – i.e. to make your twitter ID displayed although you’re an author/admin, simply logout, leave a comment with an email you’re using, and the Twitter ID will be associated with all your comments.

@Latrina: Thanks for the compliments, Trina :) I can’t wait to see your rendition of a typographical poster. IE6 should just fade away and die. People should be made aware that there are lots of better options out there, like Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Opera (all of which are completely free-of-charge) – so that’s why I’m totally not buying Hillary Clinton’s comment that they’re not making a swtich from IE because “Firefox is expensive”. Fail!

I love the posters, Teddy. It’s pretty ironic, because me and Dan (via @sobitchin) via Twitter, were just discussing the perks of IE. I definitely agree with the different browser alternatives. :)

Ps. What plugin do you use for the Twitter ID field via comment form?
